Transform East Alliance (TEA) network is a multifaceted organizations with the goal of building and equipping and train, Indigenous Leaders across the Bay of Bengal.
TEA seeks to provide for the spiritual and physical and material needs of the Bay of Bengal.
The main functions an our TEA network:

- Launching Disciple Making Movement church planting among least reached UPGs.

- Incomes generation Training and provide the Micro - finance – Our goal to provide self reliance and sustainability and mind-set training, so that communities and leaders and families, can become financially free and move from dependency to independence.
