Leaders of the organization and mission network struggle to provide financially for their families.
Project Goal: (What is the goal of this project?) To develop the sustainable business and livelihood capacity of Leaders of the organization and mission network to establish and sustain a life that is healthy, productive, and financially self-reliant, so that they may be further empowered to transform their communities.
The Business-4-Movement training sessions will be facilitated by leaders of TEA network and the sessions are designed to train and equip to leaders of the organization and mission network in 4 sessions over 3 days of 1-year.

Session 2: Mindset for Business or How to Start and Improve a Business (Soft-Skills Focused).
After the first session it will be determined if the group needs more mindset-focused training or practical help on how to improve or start a business.

Session 3: B4M Insight Sharing and Requested Topics
The third session should focus on gathering insights from all groups and redispose the insights and lessons learned along with encouragement and testimonials. Additional topics requested by Trainers should be addressed.
